Interested In “Seconds”?
Currently offering apple seconds for $20 per 1/2 bushel.
"Seconds" are good fruit - they have NO "rotten" spots. However, they may be a bit small for their variety, or have some minor blemishes. "Firsts" are nearly perfect fruit -- no bruises, cuts or scrapes. They are all the correct size for that variety type.
The flavor of firsts and seconds is the same. If you plan on canning or pie making, seconds offer a tasty value for you!
